My unique approach has been honed over years of deep practice and direct experience drawing on but not limited to, behavioural psychology, energy balancing / healing and strategy work — alongside a deep love of creativity, poetry, and radical ideas. The realisations that continually arise are real, lasting, and once integrated change your life from the inside out.

• Save the Children – Co-created the vision and strategy behind “No Child Born to Die.“ Built the Fundraising Academy from the ground up, raising £500m over five years.
• BSH Hausgeräte GmbH – Partnered with the CEO and executive team to grow revenue from £600m to £1b in three years.
• Seldoc – Rapidly transformed executive pitching capability, leading to a successful multi-million-pound contract and contributing to a £30m growth strategy.
• BUPA – Facilitated a strategic shift that saved over £80m in a single year.
• Samsung – Reinvented the flagship customer experience, building a brand culture grounded in genuine human connection — with measurable results.
• Benugo – Worked alongside founders to realise growth aspirations, accelerating expansion prior to a multi-million-pound sale.
• Sapient Nitro – Designed and facilitated an international Presence Programme, significantly increasing pitch-to-win conversion, supporting the ultimate the 1b sale and exit
• O2 – Designed and delivered Enchant, a communication programme that upskilled over 2,000 managers.
• 3 Mobile – Created the Fearless Leadership Programme. 100% of participants were promoted, seconded or moved into roles of their choosing
• British Airways – Redesigned the coaching practice across head office, transforming performance at a moment of genuine organisational crisis.
• Financial Academy, Saudi Arabia – Co-designed the Next CEO Programme, preparing senior leaders for executive roles in a rapidly evolving landscape.

• Completed Land’s End to John O’Groats bike challenge: 1,057 miles in 10 days
• Qualified and raced for Great Britain in Age Group World Sprint Triathlon Championships
• Competed in 100+ endurance events, including Ironman, Universal 500, Et-Tap, triathlons, marathons, and ultra endurance sports.
All of this was just preparation for being a Dad in my 50’s!

Through my work, I’ve observed that when we release comparison, obligation, and coercion, something extraordinary and entirely natural happens. Organisations, teams, families, and individuals stop struggling to “get it right” or achieve arbitrary external goals. They connect with what’s already present: creativity, love, joy and the natural flow of life.
In one recent project, shifting the question from “what do we need to do to succeed?” to “what can we put down to let what wants to emerge?” completely changed the energy of the room. The heaviness lifted; people became playful, curious, alive.
This is at the heart of why I do what I do. I want to create spaces where people can step out of the illusions of measurement, comparison and external validation. Spaces where we remember that:
